This research paper will examine how Myanmar young men see towards obedience and observance from the Buddhist point of views. The sources of data consist of surveys collected from university students attending Yatanabon University, Mandalay University and the Sagaing University of Education. This study through research questions intends to know the concepts of Myanmar youths on obedience and observance. It will present different views from Myanmar youths, from Buddhist scriptures and Myanmar literature towards the personality of obedience and observance. Depending on the results of research surveys, this research paper will discuss and suggest the concept of Myanmar young men on obedience and observance. Today relationship between old and young people are not very close and young men are paying more attention to physical development but they ignore the importance of mental development. The study will make Myanmar young men to know the significant role of mental personality in their future lives. Obedience is the most important practice to be a good teacher, leader and follower in human society. Without obedience and observance, it is not easy to create a peaceful world because they play a crucial role in getting a mutual understanding with each other. So, this research paper will highlight the opinions of Myanmar youths on obedience and observance through Buddhist standpoint. The study is carefully touched by the system of quality and quantity.
