Vinaya means; teaching the monks how to dress, how to eat, how to live, and how to speak. This is the Dhamma that teaches good speech. Although the Dhamma does not guide mental action, the Abhidhamma and the Suttanta guide the mental action. In Theravāda Buddhism, there are three virtues; virtuousness, concentration, and wisdom. Virtue is the basis of these three virtues. He who is virtuous has right concentration. Wisdom is the principal thing, therefore get wisdom; and with all they getting get understanding. According to that law, the monks who live in restraint are not allowed to behave in any way. They are more civilized than others. It is revered by other religions, not to mention Buddhism. The Law, therefore, can win the trust of those who do to. It also builds faith in those who have become loyal. The Buddhas set the rules for the sake of lasting good deeds. If there is law of discipline, the Buddha will have attained the standard of Nirvana, but under the guidance of the law of discipline, the monks will be able to continue. Bhikkhus, the Sangha will carry out the Dhamma of Praiyatti. Due to the conflict of practice according to the Dhamma, there will always be the Magga and Phala Dhamma which is called the Revolution. Therefore, the Law of Discipline can sustain the three religions for a long time.
