Bāla, the fool is playing a major role in today's business world by diminishing and tarnishing the established values of the society. The fool can be defined as spoiling a set of systematic activities designed by an organization that provide its members with opportunities to learn necessary skills to meet current and future job demands. This paper highlights that “a Bāla ruins his own life” can bring adverse effects on his community, either directly or indirectly. The aim of this study is to find how human mind can be exercised to find a solution to the miseries of life. The objectives are to analyze the nature of Bāla, to present and discuss its negative impact on the community with reference to the Pāli, commentaries, the particular texts and all related sources, and to make suggestions having the Bāla correct his behaviors. Past studies did not sufficiently explain religious perspective related to the avoidance of the fool. The present study focuses on filling this gap with particular reference to related books. This study serves as a bridge between Buddhism and Individual Development by identifying the ways of principles under subcomponent in individual development at the organization level. The submission of these principles in this selected Sutta will, it is hoped, create sound outcomes to the organization. It is recommended that innovative practices be applied in order to ensure success in the organizations of the community.
