Adults’ bodily and verbal actions toward youth’s will, based on four corruptions and prejudices can corrupt because their bad behavior can frustrate progress of youth, future prosperities, and their spiritual devolvement of country and finally can lead to poverty. Here, the term “adults” includes in members – Saṃgha organizing and human community. It is intended to know that their intentionally or incidentally actions are a full-course of prejudice from ethical standpoint in Buddhism. The data sources chiefly consist of the sections of Agatigamana and Agamana in Parivara that Siṅgāla, Maṅgala, Parābhāva Sutta, Sakkavitti Sutta, Adiya, Sabramaka Sutta, Netti Pāli in Khuddaka Nikāya and other relevant evidence. The research focuses on Buddhist ethical standpoint by the following ways of methodology such as definition, interpretation, descriptive type and formative one. The research paper intends to see that bodily and verbal actions are acted intentionally or incidentally by adults in workplace or both human and Saṃgha community can pave the way for poverty of country, and cause to be constraint the spiritual progress of youth. After the adult have noticed the negative results of the prejudice, they will see that they should follow the right path and decide a case impartially without corruptions. This paper will firmly provide a task of reducing prejudice and see the solution method on matter in ethical standpoint. This research work will surely fulfill or bridge the gaps between two groups and decrease poverty in the country.
