The living beings have been facing the saṅkhāradukkha - the formation due to suffering in every day since daily suffering is considered as the major problem of Buddhism. This study aims to highlight the importance of understanding saṅkhāradukkha - the formation due to suffering in order to investigate how saṅkhāradukkha effects on living beings and to examine how to reduce sufferings and to attain liberation from sufferings. This research utilizes the analytical method of Desanāhāra approach on saṅkhāradukkha and its impact on living beings with the emphasis on textual study for the development of insight meditation on saṅkhāra as suffering according to Theravāda Buddhist perspective. This paper reviews relevant literature on the concept of saṅkhāradukkha and its impact on living beings. This research finds definition, mode of saṅkhāradukkha and discuss that the cultivation of mindfulness meditation on saṅkhāradukkha is essential for living beings who want to reduce sufferings. This paper concludes by stressing the significance of understanding saṅkhāradukkha and reducing saṅkhāradukkha in the present and cutting them for a blissful life in future.
