The Government schools, either basic or middle or high or higher, have one library at least. However, most of the Buddhist Nunnery in which Buddhist nuns stay learning from basic to higher educations throughout their lives does not have a Piṭaka library. Today in the world, the whole education systems are based on the Piṭaka library-based-education system. Many things make people's memory or brain open; education, religion, politics, literature, etc. All of them can be found out in the Piṭaka library. To be a highly developed country or nationality or society or association, the Piṭaka library is an essential characteristic and a vitality of it. However, the traditional Buddhist education system in Myanmar, especially for Buddhist nuns, is grounded on texts which are prescribed for Pariyatti exams, but not upon Piṭaka library. The Piṭaka library tradition or Piṭaka library-based education system does not play in the important role for Nuns’ Education. Therefore, in this research, it is discussed about the Education System, practically Piṭaka Library-based Education System in the contemporary world. Moreover, it is discussed and assessed about Pariyatti Education System in Myanmar. Then it is inquired about Nuns’ attitudes towards the presence and absence of Piṭaka Library in either their nunnery or meditation centre or Academy; it is mainly surveyed about their attitude towards Piṭaka Library and Piṭaka library-based education system; it is discussed about their concept of the strengths and weaknesses of Piṭaka library for their education; it is assessed about the probability of Piṭaka library in Nunnery and whether the Piṭaka library is needed in planning for Nuns’ future education or not and subsequently it is concluded to get the adequate and good result by balancing the traditional education system on Piṭaka library-based-education system.
