This study focuses on the Parahita (welfare of others) that knowledgeable Pariyatti monks perform. The problem of this study is the meaning of Parahita and misunderstanding that Parahita work is considered as establishment of a free clinic or an orphanage and organization for helping others. Although they have the right understanding, it does not fully cover the real meaning of Parahita. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate Parahita work with special focus on Pariyatti teachers' collaboration on Parahita. The objectives of this study are to identify the main causes of Parahita, to find out how Pariyatti Teachers perform Parahita, and to explore the qualities Pariyatti Teachers need to perform Parahita. In this study Aung Myay Thar Zan Township in Mandalay was chosen a research area and have been selected nine Pariyatti Teachers who have completed Sāsanadhaja dhammācariya, Abhivaṃsa, and B. A (Buddhism) as research participants and they performed Parahita as well. The researcher used the interview method to collect data from them and measure data on Paññā and Karuñā. After the researcher analyzed these data, a masterpiece of positive outcomes of Parahita jobs was produced well. Pariyatti teachers must be capable of both teaching and being experts in Pariyatti scripture. They have used Pariyatti knowledge to perform Parahita (the welfare of others) efficiently.
