The research examines how unity can be built through the practice of Sādhāraṇabhogī (sharing), one of the six Sāraṇīya Dhamma. This research aims to be a more united Saṃgha organization by systematically sharing the four requisites, which monks live by using the four requisites donated by donors. In this study, 100 students from Sītagū Buddhist Academy Mandalay were collected through a survey using the convenience sampling method, as well as through interviews in the form of a focus group discussion. The data were analyzed using SPSS software mainly. Regarding alms food, it does not directly affect the consistency. The research findings give light on how the differences between present-day almsgiving customs and those of the Buddha’s time affect unity. About the resting place, the research presented a study of how harmony is more common when living in Pariyatti institutions (Sar Thin Tike) in youth and how harmony decreases due to the change in the form of private monasteries (family-style monasteries) from Pariyatti institutions. About medicine, the research presented a study on how to improve sharing among Pariyatti institutions. It also studies how the growth of family-style monasteries affects health-related sharing. In summary, sharing the four requisites cannot be considered weak on average. Sharing is robust in about 50 percent of the monasteries, so the Saṃgha organization cannot be considered frail in consistency. This study did not find that the consistency was fragile, but the more consistency, the better things could come out, so there should be more consistency. Among the many ways to make any organization more united, such as Saṃgha organization, according to this study perspective, Sādhāraṇabhogī (sharing) should be practiced in daily life.
