The Sekhiya Sikkhāpadas are disciplines that instruct the practitioner to eat, drink, dress, walk, and preach in a systematic and civilized manner. The basic health care system is protective. Therefore, this research paper will study Sekhiya Sikkhāpada from a health perspective. This research focuses on three main aims: (1) to value the basic principles of the basic health care system, (2) to assess the relationship between rules and the basic health care system, and (3) to analyze how effective the rules are for basic health care. Therefore, the Sekhiya Sikkhāpadas will be carefully analyzed from a health perspective. The study area is Seventy-five kinds of Sekhiya Sikkhāpada. Those seventy-five kinds of Sekhiya Sikkhāpada will be analyzed to see that they can be used for basic health care. A textual study or Analytical study research methods will be used in the case. The objective of this paper is to familiarize people with the teachings of the monks. Therefore, it is expected that this research paper will find many Sikkhāpada beneficial to human health among the Sekhiya Sikkhāpada. Finally, this research will be compiled from information obtained from medical research and by consulting doctors and physicians. It is expected to some extent that these results will become a beneficial system for the people as a basic health care system.
